Local and Independent

We are a fully independent Survey and Valuation practice based in Derby, covering the surrounding area. We may have been recommended to you by your Solicitor, Estate Agent, Financial adviser or friend. We do not pay commissions to introducers or have corporate ties with financial institutions. We act for you, and we act in your best interests. We are recommended due to our reputation as an ‘outstanding’ family firm that cares about providing a first-class service to its clients. We are here to help you make an informed choice about your property and care about every survey we undertake.

Qualified and Highly Trained

All our Surveys are undertaken by qualified Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited, full-time, in-house surveyors. We do not subcontract work or cover areas or property types that are not within our core expertise.

Outstanding

We are rated “Outstanding” by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

As a small firm, we are extremely proud to have been awarded the highest rating possible.

Detailed Reports

When you are comparing quotes for a Survey, make sure that you ask to see an example of the firm’s work. We are proud of the quality and content we put into our Reports. We will happily send you an example Report to compare the depth and quality of the content we provide compared to other Surveyors. The Home Survey standard benchmarks Survey Reports, but not all Surveys are the same.
