I cannot recommend 'Harwood Surveyors' enough. Extremely friendly whilst being totally professional.

I knew I could trust them when they did not try to upsell a higher level, more expensive Survey to me and did not want payment until after they had delivered the Survey.

What I really appreciated, was they actually rang me before sending the Survey out to me. They went through the Survey with me, explaining the jargon I was going to find in it and giving me their overall view of the property in layman's terms. From previous experience this is unique and makes them stand out from other Surveyors
