Andrew Harwood BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director / Chartered Surveyor
Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001, Andrew has over 20 years' experience in Surveying Residential property and established Harwood Surveyors in 2016. Andrew has a passion for property and customer service.
Likes: Off road motor biking, horse racing, walks in Derbyshire with his family and miniature schnauzer, Pixie.
Tom Freeman AssocRICS
Surveyor
Tom joined Harwood Surveyors in 2020. Tom qualified as a Surveyor in 2020 having completed the SAVA diploma in Survey & Valuation. With a background in corporate Estate Agency and valuation work, Tom has an eye for detail, breadth of valuation experience and superb client care skills.
Likes: Walks to good local pub with real ale, golf and rugby.
Ruth Harwood
Director
Ruth established Harwood Surveyors with her husband Andrew in 2016. She has a background in business administration. Ruth has varied roles at Harwood Surveyors including marketing, accounts, quality assurance procedures, organising ongoing professional development for the Surveyors etc.
Likes: Walking, cycling, socialising and holidays to Cornwall.
Gayle Meakin
Office Manager
Gayle joined Harwood Surveyors in 2019 after previously working in various fast paced, client facing administration roles. She is the point of contact for our clients through their Survey journey. The office simply would not run as well without Gayle.
Likes: Walking her dogs Buddy & Blue, concerts and watching rugby.
